LiveFire Cooking Workshop
This Livefire Cooking 101 Workshop is designed to give beginners to intermediate fire cooks a crash course in everything livefire and woodfired cooking. There will be mountains of food to sample and refreshments provided throughout the day (BYO Booze).
$189 includes 5-7 sample courses, demonstrations, hands on involvement, and light refreshments.

- Wood and charcoal selection
- Overview of cooking techniques and methods
- Temperature control
- Camp Oven cooking
- Low and Slow on an open fire
- Hot and Fast on an open fire
- Reverse Sear basics and practice
- Asado
- Hanging cuts and veg
11.30am to 5.00pm(ish) @ Food over Fire's Showroom in Geraldine, South Canterbury.
