The LiveFire Grill series celebrates what we love about Santa Maria and Argentinian Grill cooking. The grill has been designed to be used as a Santa Maria, with fire under the grill or hotplate, or as an Argentinian Grill, with embers generated from wood or charcoal in the ember generator.
There are grill cradle is lowered and raised by an easy to use front mounted handle. In an industry first at this price point the cradle is lifted in for points, which ensures it is incredibly stable at all heights. The cradle has 5 'areas', in each you can place a round grill, hot plate, or position the ember generator. Above each area on the frame above is center bars that can be used for hanging cuts.
The total cooking area is a massive 1050 x 450mm which will have you cooking for as many guests as you want. Industrial and locking castors are supplied as standard. 80kg in total.
All packages include two round bar grills, two hot plates, an ember generator, and food over fire gloves.
These items are heavy, so shipping is to your nearest freight depot by default. Please get in touch if you would like it delivered to your residential or business address.
Assembly and seasoning is required by the customer.
